I'll give him 500 for the whole car....I wonder if they stole the turbos and left the piping. it was probably turbo at one point with the gauges and all, you would have to be a true idiot to spend 1500 on an intercooler + extras $$ for nothing!

I think the car was stolen defenetly sometime in its life. as apart from the "interfooler" y would you have piping and a BOV? Im thinking it was boosted b4 specially since he has guages, and the engine probly is dmged.
