Default clicking in the rear axles

i know this is old..but i keep searching on the internet

and i pretty sure i have this similar problem

the rear axles make a clicking noise when you accelerate

was their a callback or extended warranty for this or what? I keep seeing papers but i don't know if its expired. It goes back to 2005

Its a TSB, you could have an 03 with 200k on it, they'll still fix it.

^That's not right. A TSB is just information for the techs on how to solve a common problem. It should be covered under powertrain warranty.

Its my understanding that A warranty covers anything that goes wrong in certain amount of miles or years.

A TSB however replaces or corrects something that is a manufacturer DEFECT from the start. Its my understanding that our axles were not lubed correctly from the factory.

I have an 03 and had mine done a few months ago free of charge.

Armando, I had the same issue with my 03. After I put on aftermarket endlinks and sway bars, the noise went away.

Agree. Keep in mind that it is a drive train problem: 60 months /60,000 miles.

they all do it, turn up the stereo or get it fixed, so that it can start doing it again in 10K miles.
