I can see where u would say that ^ but you have to see it it person from different angles...(full flat is un-manageable) this is hard.

sometimes it appears flat, sometimes glossy, people who know no better just think its sexy!

I am suprised myself, its like I have the best of both blacks,,, flat during the day and glossy under lights at night...its hard to expain other than seeing it in person.

That brings up 2 points. The grey I have seen done well in flat does look tight but its very hard to avoid the primer appearance. 2nd a flat color on an older (crappy) car will always look "cheap" "ghetto" "unfinished". I thought the 350 could handle it. And as I notice most people around here (NC) don't know what a Z is anyway

So i tried to hit the middle and avoid all the negatives, so far I am more than happy.

I was going to put springs on, did a powerelab plenum spacer instead. Did it in an 1.5 hours 5 mins less than recommend install time Springs 2morrow, Zex this week.

MORE PICs TO COM

work xd-9 in the dark grey color they have would look AWESOME. Add some red lugnuts and you would be set.

I know I love work wheels and those would be my 1st choice, but no 19's kills it, I just think I need to go totally aggressive with this setup....

Work Meister SP1's are in my near future I can feel it, and anyone who wants to help can buy these rims.....

so how hard is it to keep a tone like that clean? easier, I guess? is the paint process much more difficult? (pretty funny that flat/semi-gloss black is so counterintuitive, especially when you have a Mothers polish ad attached to this thread)

The semi-gloss looks amazing and I'm diggin the eylids too, lol. TBH, i think that the bronze wheels look just fine but if you just want some new ones then a nice set of Work Meisters would would look good. Whatever you decide that's still a a sexy *** car.
