This meet is to select 12 vehicles for the 2009 national G club calender and cookout with all day fun. Come to Infiniti Of Tysons Corner, located at 8527 Leesburg Pike, Vienna VA 22182 (703)556-6900 starts at 12noon to 4pm then cruise with the G Club to Blue Ridge Mountain.

This show is open to the public and all Ricers... Food, fun and meet some of the Washington Redskins Players. Games, raffles and free give aways !! Dyno machine, car care clinic, DC101, Dent masters and much more..

Let's try again for photoshoot. I would hope the weather will be better this time. Remember there will be 12 cars selected by T. Anderson and I who will be on the calendar. There will be free food and beverages and free raffle prizes. Also Dave and the Function2nd family will be there will their Dyno machine. Almost forgot, there will be a radio station there to broadcast live!!!

I have confirmation that several Redskins players will be there and we will be having a play station 3 contest in Madden football verses Lorenzo Alexander Washington Redskins Defense and Off. of line star.. Special prizes, raffle and Infiniti parts to be given away.

Ya this sucks, we have had an awesome G turnout in College Park for the past 2 years. They arrived in a huge caravan to the first meet: http://www32.homepage.villanova.edu/...2006-Pano1.jpg

Some of the G guys I know are going to goto UMD in the morning and then cruise over to Tysons and meet up with the National G club in the afternoon.

 

i went the first year... but after i got a sunburn i had to take some time off lol

 

that's the same day as the Meet at UMD.. won't make it!

 

yes i know!! too bad... i guess i'll have to win the redskins vs. cowboys tickets at FEDEX!!!

 

Maybe postpone this event? The UMD meet is a huge deal.

 

Yeah I was gonna say this is the same day as the University of Maryland Spring meet which is for Charity... this'll take cars away from a good cause

I'm pretty set on goign to the UMD Meet right now... I went last year and the turnout was insane

I'd go to this if it were like the day before (Saturday) and then have 2 meets in one weekend

Hey Lek, talk this proposition over with the guys in the National G club (NGC) and Infiniti of Tyson’s (IOT).

We would be more than happy to accommodate you at the UMD meet.

We would ask that NGC arrive early (11 am). This would allow us to open the entrance gates and have you enter at the same time. You would be able to choose NGC’s placement in the lot at that time.

IOT would have the option of parking with NGC and placing banners & advertisements on the cars OR setting up a vendor booth with us. Should they choose to have a vendor booth, IOT would be given a 8 reserved spaces in the vendor lot and we would be responsible for passing out an IOT flyer to every car entering the show.

I would even be willing to reserve some spaces if you wanted to have the NYC G35 caravan park in the same section.

I feel like this is a good opportunity to collaborate, resulting in better publicity and more enjoyment for everyone. My intention was never to lead you to believe that I wasn't willing to accommodate you, just understand that the logistics are difficult to manage with the scale of the event. For this reason, we make a conscious effort to limit the number of promises we make.

I posted this publicly simply so that it would have some visibility amongst other members of the National G club.

I'm sure there was some kind of miscommunication which lead to the previous emails. Because I knew what the capacity of your meet is I did not want to sit here and demand things from you. I basically asked what you had to offer and weighed it what we already had and made my decision maybe in haste?

I'll tell you what... because if your kind gesture I will speak it over with my rep from IOT and see what can be done. If its not too late to reorganize the meet to collaborate the two events. I'm not sure how set IOT is currently with the whole planning process and if there is still time to change it. Let me see what I can do. If not there's always next year...

Cmon Lek make it a dual meet.There will so many z,s at the cpt event can you imagine what a dual event would look like.
