Default Kenwood DNX 7100 Problem

I just thought I would post this up and see if anyone else has had this similar problem...
The first part of the problem was; I was driving back to work from lunch listening to my radio when all of a sudden I tried to change the song on my ipod (which is controlled by the touchscreen on the Kenwood DNX 7100) and it was playing a completely different song than what I picked and what was listed on the display. I then tried to change the song again and it wouldn't switch. I thought the ipod must have been frozen so I unplugged it from the radio. It wasn't frozen so I plugged it back into the radio and the same song was playing from where it left off. So I unplug the ipod again and powered it down then plugged it back in and the song starts up again where it left off! I then started to think that maybe it was a song on the cd I had in and the radio decided to play the cd without showing it on the screen and here is where the second problem started. I take the cd out, wasn't what was playing, so I put the cd back in and the tilted screen will not go back up. So I push the eject button and it ejects the cd again and then I try putting it back in again and it still won't go back up. By now I am getting a little pissed off and worried. I am at a stop light, turn the car off then back on and it still doesn't go back up. I finally get back to work and the damn thing is still in tilt mode and I try helping push it up very carefully and still doesn't want to move on its own. Finally I need to be back at work so I just left it and started doing research on the internet and here is what I found:
http://www.fixya.com/support/t283513...n_tilt_back_up

I haven't had a chance to try what people have suggested since I am still at work, but I am at ease that I am not the only person that has had this problem. I will let you all know how it goes when I get home.

Please let me know if anyone else has experienced this and whether or not you were able to fix it.

THANKS!

This may be a silly question, but where is the reset button located? I am not at my radio right now so I can't picture where it is at.

Ok thank you...even though I don't know if you are making fun of me (like I said I am not in front of my radio right now) or if you are saying it is not easily spotted
