Pay off debt.
Pay off your car insurance for a year.
Put it in savings for a rainy day.
Pay down a loan.
Save up for a house.

I don't know what I would do. I have 2500 sitting in my bank waiting for my car mods.

Im either going to A:
Rims/Sick Tires

B:
Red leather seats, ARC ****, Pioneer Avid D3, UR Pulley, Eye lids, HID's, Carbon Fiber interior kit.

Damn, rims and tires are so expensive, look how much I can get instead, with some left over.. If I did not already have the mods in my sig, I would start with them.

SHOULD ALREADY HAVE A HOUSE IF YOU MOD YOUR Z otherwise you're wasting money on RENT!
Finally... mod the **** of your car when you ACTUALLY have the money OR buy a GTR.

There are lots of us that travel so much for work, and get bounced around to different plants/offices that we can't just buy a house somewhere.

So by your justification we can't mod our cars until our jobs decide to let us settle down in a single place for longer than a month or two?

Hell, I'm lucky if I see the same city 2 months in a row.

Buying a house isn't really that important of a financial goal to many people.

Neither is financial stability or building equity... what's your point?

I'm just saying that it isn't the end all of financial stability.

No you're right.. there's plenty of people out there making bank without a house and modding cars at the same time.

My point was for most people there are 2 financial tracks... you are either SPENDING money or building equity.

Can't take it with you when you die.

My goal is to have $2 in the bank when I kick over.

If you are under the age of 40 or not terminally ill, I don't see how this applies to you right now?

Live fast die young

Besides contributing to my 401K and keeping some padding in my bank account for an emergency I don't actively save unless I'm saving for 'something'.

If I had $2000 I'd get my gad dang suspension corner balanced and have some adjustable endlinks from Z1 slapped in there too. Then I'd drink the rest! LOL j/k I quit drinking
