Good. That will carry you through. School is pretend, work is real. Eventually...others will rely on you...it gets to be more of a burden and you will disappear more. But that is not a bad thing. Eventually you are gone and only other than you remains.

Yeah what ever. I rather be home playing with the play station, chasing girls and the other reasons posted above than going on deployments.
Young people deploy too.

A B.S. today is the standard, as a high school diploma used to be 30+ years ago. You really can't do anything worthwhile today without it. I am in my last semester of my 5 year college career and graduating this May. Then I start a 4 year doctoral program for Audiology...school is seemingly never ending!

Stick with it man, plan for the future. Besides, fast cars aren't cheap

+1! I miss college so much. I sure don't miss being broke though. I still wish I'm 18 and starting college all over again. I'd do the same stupid shxt that I did with no regret. That was the good life.

If it wasn't for the last minute, nothing would get done.

I was the worst procrastinator ever.

ENJOY COLLEGE! You know all those old people that stare at your friends and say "Man if I was only [something] years younger..."? You don't have to be that guy!! Live it up!

Righting papers sucks! You gotta make sure your grammar is write.

Truthfully, life sucks. The military sucked, college sucked, and corporate America is just a joke. I would give my degree back if I could erase my loan debt. But what would I do then?

Yup, it's worth it. Especially if you get a decent career right out of college and this is coming from somebody who endured 7 years of college (BS + MA). However, here's the downside: Every morning I get up at 5am to fight through NASCAR like traffic, rush to get a seat on the Metro - only to sit next to some big fatty trying to squish me into the window. Get to work around 7:30-8-ish, and have to sit through boring *** staff meetings, presentations, blah, blah, blah. Usually so busy I eat lunch in front of my computer, (some folks are so busy they forget to even eat lunch) get off around 4-5-ish to head home and do it all over again for four more days.
Point is, college has some perks so enjoy them while you can...
(e.g. OP gets to ogle hot college chicks all day , WYZ gets to gag at 50 year old fatties all day )

4 different schools, 2 states, 23 almost 24 and still working on my B.S. at GMU. So the answer is NO school never ends! Life is a continuous school of hard nocks.
