Was just looking at a thread on the Viper forums about a trip one of the other regions is taking to the Tail of the Dragon and it got me thinking about our trip down there in '05. One of the funnest (if that's a word) things I've ever done in a car....

I'll bet the turnover rate here in the my350z.com mid-A section has been 75% or more since that trip.

Probably even higher when it comes to actually going to ZdayZ. I've been the past 2 years. Last year it was Brent, Umar, Alberto, and I. This year it was just me and Brent.

 

Thanks Eric. The car looks like **** in those pictures because we'd made the trip down from VA and it rained a good portion of the way and we hadn't washed up for the car show yet. The car won its' class in the show and also the Sport-Z magazine Editor Choice award.

All cleaned up and it its' final configuration, it looked like this:

Ya, I was all set to go in '06, but we decided to pull the trigger on the Viper purchase just prior to that and I was avoiding putting miles on the Z (particularly the 'high risk' kind of miles you get driving the Dragon).

 

It was a sad day when you sold it. I remember the thread with pictures of it going on the trailor I was just starting out then with the Z, but I always wanted to see your car, never got to though. Buy it back! LOL

 

I remember seeing your car at an old AAM BBQ-it was flawless. Ahh the good ol' days....

 

Yeah in the go ol' days it used to be called boost "spike". Now it's been replaced with boost "creep".

you had one of the NICEST Redline Zs I've ever seen, period. so tastefully modded, not overdone like a lotta people these days do, wonder which car turns more heads though, your Z or your Viper

 

I always wondered whos car that was. I've seen that car at alot of shows and meets before I had my Z. Your car always looked good.

 

 

your z was much sexier then an yellow viper.

Oh wow good to see you post again Kelly. We still have some of you pictures floating around here at Turbonetics and even on our 2008 catalog. I agree with Fucha one of the best Redline ever on our forums.
