no not you working at rita's he was talking about the guy behind the counter but i do think he meant poor kid towards you because my wife uses that picture to brighten up her day (ex2cinaz that is)..

That's right- Poor kid was the person trying to spell Ethan and ended up with Etan. The Rita's reference was trying to make the connection to decline in US public schools so that spelling Ethan was a problem and this kid at Rita's Saturday night could not calculate simple change in his head (not that you work at Rita's). Sorry, I figured the guys at the Frederick meet would get it but forgot to clarify.
