Default so someone decided to try and steal my wheels

i got up this morning at 6 am to get ready for work, pull out, and notice a clunking sound. Thought i had a flat, got out of the car checked the tires, its ok. Nothin dragging underneath the car, drive a little more...and the MORE CLUNKING! im like screw this, so i pull back into my parking spot and noticed my passenger front wheel is damn near hanging off the the hub! The thieves didnt realize i had 3 different lugs on each bolt. They got all off on that wheel but one and i guess they just gave up. So now the wheel is dangling, held on by one wheel lock.

The F is wrong with people?! i called the police, made a case...now im off to best buy to buy a very nice alarm system.

Alarm, and a sign in window saying "Beware of owner with gun". Next mod = garage.

they have the proximity sensor option on alarms but not sure being in a parking lot how often that will go off and possibly kill battery

Seriously I'm gonna buy 5 different sets of lug nuts and just pull the wheel lock from each set. I'll make sure they're 5 different brands too. Now see who has the patience to steal my wheels!

you can buy just the set of 5 locks... no point in buying 20 to use 5 of them.

yep Nissan Wheel locks have over 20,000 different designs. Order 5 packs of them and you'll still be rocking OEM **** so you know it'll fit correctly, don't buy aftermarket crap, they're SO easy to break off. I think they're like $35.00 a set, pretty cheap.

I just know the aftermarket ones are really easy to break... Have to break them off traded cars all the time and it's no big deal. If they're factory we have to use a key. There is a universal key that will mold to any wheel lock shape but the thing is major $ and you can only order it if you're a dealer or service center. (thank god)

Edited: I used the word "LIKE" 4 times in that little post. WOW.

Glad they didn't get your wheels. A garage is the only way to go. If its not some criminal stealing my wheels, its hale or pollen or bird crap. During all the storms a branch from my neighbor's tree fell about five inches from my car. Its like you're under constant attack. By the end of the year I'm getting a garage or I'm getting a '94 Accord. I can't stand the pressure.
