make sure you get a fixed rate 30 year mortgage....my adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) jumped $1100 over 2.5 years!

I just refinanced thank God!

Absolutely!!! I'm getting a VA (For ex military) loan which are fixed.

Thanks!! It sucks to be going, but i gotta get when the getting is good!!

This is a amazing car community!!! I had a Blast!!

I never got to the track to run it with the stage 3. I'd imagine with a good launch she could be in the high 12s!!
