Crystal City Spotted Z

Walked outside the office in Crystal City and spotted with my little eye...

Whoever this car belongs to your amps mounted in the back window can still be seen through the front window.

No ft sticker... the car def has an exhaust on it though.. i can hear it every time before i see it. Looks lowered, wheels with polished lip, dark tint, otherwise looks pretty stock.

Just saw a few minutes ago in Cosner Corner in Frederickbrug in front of Grioli's/Payless PPW Z lowered on some gold wheels, wingless, BBK (looks like Project Mu colors), Apex decal towards front fenders and "ZILF".

Anybody on here? Could it be possible for a Z member in this blackhole aka Fredericksburg?
