I want tints and no front plates but its not worth it. I have cops right behind my *** all the time and Iam 100% legal . stock

Just go to any State Police built, or do what I did in the past, just go to the MVA and ask one of the state police standing around there to look at your car and sign off on it.

my windows were rolled down but cop told me to raise it up halfway to see my tint and gave me a fix it ticket

. if a cop tells you to do something it would be smart for you to do so.

tried it, they said no and gave me a lecture. Maybe its my luck.

To get a fix it ticket done, you have to get a state police officer to sign off on it, if a police officer was giving you crap, I would report him to the state police department.

How did you go about asking the police officer to sign off on it? Never heard of anyone having issues getting a fix it ticket signed off on, IF you fix the problem before asking them to sign off on it.
