Worst Drivers in the Metro Area

What are the worst drivers in the DC/Balt/Nova/Metro Area? Women, Men, Women Talking on the phone, Men talking on the phone, Foreigners, NOVA drivers, MD drivers or DC drivers. In my opinion I think women on the phone from NOVA are the worst drivers ever.

I would argue that Elderly, Asian women on cell phones are the worst.

I must say I did leave the elderly alone because it is almost a given that they will drive the way they drive.

all of you need to shut it now....come drive in Hampton roads..no one can drive...we have all of that stuff..+ the fact that every ones in the navy and come from different states and never know the rules of the road

People here don't seem to understand the concept of keep to the right except to pass. I see POCKETS of traffic (2 MFs driving side by side with no care in the world in the far left lanes)

which should not exist if people are driving correctly. Road manners elude too many drivers in the Metro area.
