So after months of training, building, and waiting.... it opens tomorrow!

I haven't been on the boards much and I am about to be on even less. The first week my schedule will be something like 5AM - 10PM, like it has been this past week.

I'd like to have you all come down and have a meet and get some food sometime! If anyone wants to coordinate that, I'm down, just let me know when you're coming. I would do it, but I'll be behind the counter haha.

Good luck with the restaurant dude. I too know how hard it is. I also have a restaurant in Fredericksburg. You just dont have time for chit! I cant remember the last time I had a full day off of work.

can't afford to make less money... Z parts are expensive! Coming from the 240 world, its like night and day different. Besides, even when I do get a day off people still call like the a mo****in bill collector.

Good luck man - I own 3 Bagel Shops in PA and I know what you mean about the hours. With 40+ employees someone always has a question or needs to talk to you - days off are few and far between and the business is always on your mind.
