Where is the screw located? (What part of the tire).
Might not be fixable if close to the sidewall.

Why not just get it plugged at a gas station?

OMG it's fine.. lol... It's not like you're running 60psi on your tires. Patching is such a hassle. You'll have to find a good tire shop to remove those low profile tire, patch from the inside and end up paying a butt load of money to get it mounted again. And you still have to fear the shop might scratch your rim when mounting the tire. Just plug it!!!

PS: For your information, I plugged my tires multiple times and I drive on the highway with my 350z everyday.

$5 for plug.

$25-30 for a patch. (I would only take it to a custom wheel/tire shop for this. I used to work at Pep Boys and I know how they would treat your rims)

Also balancing is not really need since it's a rear tire.

Default My opinion

I'd stay away from plugs, unless you plan on replacing the tires soon.

I have had plugs in the past and they did leak after being in for a while.

Also use a good shop and inspect the wheel before you leave.
