2 tickets. Negligent driving and a speed contest. The strange thing is he checked the boxes that allowed me to just pay the fines and not go to court for them. That seems pretty strange to me. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer and contesting the charges.

That's the strange part also. He didn't pull the legacy over, only me. So I'm thinking he didn't actually see anything happen. Maybe he just heard us, which I could believe since my car is pretty loud. Or maybe he was coming the other way on Great Seneca and saw us slowing down. /shrug

Yeah, never gonna head up that way again lol. I guess he could have just been cutting me a break. I just figured if they really catch you racing there's no way in hell they're letting you off with just paying a fine.

Hmm... MOCO lets you off with just paying the fine but the case is entirely too hard to win in court. Best bet is to plead guilty and hope the judge cuts you some slack on fines and maybe you'll get PBJ.

Flipside of that is if I do go to court and plead guilty can I get in more trouble than just the points and fines.

Maybe an increased fine but thats highly unlikely. I'd say plead guilty and ask for one of them to be dropped.

I know! Which is why I won't be tempted to race anyone. Especially just a bolt on Legacy GT

like 5~6 years ago, I remember more than 200~300 vehicles parked and show their cars, even most of them were hondas. miss those days...

HAHA, I remember those days with you! They were a lot of fun. Remember waaaaaaaay back when you could do burnouts right in front of B'N 8-9yrs ago and nobody cared! TurboVR6 FTW

Nope, out of the blue one night when the parking lot was packed a ton of cops rolled up, blocked all but one entrance, and started telling people that the owners no longer wanted us there. They told us to never come back and to spread the word.
