Default need advice (paypal transaction...)

I recently did a deal with a guy in another state where i sold a turbo for a friend of mine cuz hes not on these forums...i sent him multiple pics of the unit (which is perfect) every angle and a description. After recieving it and having it for a while i guess he decides he either doesnt want it or it really isnt right for his application (which he stated to me) and contacts me for a return and refund....i talk to my friend and hes actually cool with that but since then he has fallen into some financial hardship and cannot give his money back so the guy now has filed a paypal complaint on ME stating i falsely advertized it to him which is untrue....any one on here that knows me knows im a straight up guy and am not about to blow smoke up anyones a$$......any suggestions? i do feel bad if its truely not what he needs but i did send him pics of it and everything....

Post all the conversations and such. You will win, paypal only refunds if the item was not sent. I bought non-working highflow cats off of a member here, and filed a complaint, then paypal awarded him the win because I received the item...

just make sure you have the shipping information... happened to me once, i then provided paypal proof that the item was received and won the case.

You are good. Like Eric says you actually shipped the item to the customer. As long as you have documentation to support that you will be fine. Hope things work out for your friend.
