What is the official coating name for these wheels?
So I called up Ye Olde Wheel Shop to ask if I can drop my wheels off to get coated and they asked any certain color. At this point I had no clue the exact name of the coating I just knew it came on these wheels
(John I believe)
Now I said Titanium and they said Titanium what at this point I sounded more like an idiot than usual and was stuttering and nervous like DjParis at a Girl Scout convention. So does anybody know the exact name of the coating or where I can find it. Here are the current HRE coating that is boring.

Guys - This is called an RMC titan finish. It was exclusive to Ray's wheels
(for some time) until it started showing up on Grey Market wheels. I don't
know of anyone capable of reproducing this finish exactly to Ray's specs -
should you find someone please enlighten us.
fyi - RMC is an acronym for Ray's metal coating (I think)

It is my opinion that this cannot be properly replicated by anyone in North America.
There is someone dipping black chrome on the west coast, and there are a wild
variety of powdercoats avail the world over - however this is likely a multi-step
application that involves more specialized equipment. The finish seems to have
been bonded through some sort of polarized dip. I have seen a few different setups
in the finish from Ray's, all spectacular.
