The owner of that white 240, his name is James. He hangs out in the Annapolis area a lot with the guy who drives the white supra behind him (Jason). The car is nice, but kind of delicate. He was probably walking around wearing a sweatshirt and a forward baseball hat. Well I guess that probably describes a lot of people there, huh? hahaha
