LOL! I hate Viet time too BUT have come to live with it since my sisters and parents live by it when it comes to family events. They are all tack sharp when it comes to business though.

What's the story on Pho Saigon? Most pho places in Maryland are iffy. The one in Columbia is IMO the best pho joint in the state.

NVA is where the pho is at. It takes me a lot to say that since I hate NVA with a passion, thankfully I do enjoy me some inside out twinkies.

 

Saigon Deli Pho House in Germantown [next to the Lotte] is very good. Their bun bo hue is also very good. NVA has excellent if not some of the best food BUT the drive, parking, drive, parking SUCKS.

 

yeah I know they revolve around sausages.

I love Pho Saigon cause they're really friendly.. and I like the taste of theirs better. I just like the meat cut for the Pho ga too. I am picky lol

ive been going there long enough that one of the ladies that works there is always asking me "oh soooo whos this guy" when I bring someone new with me. her husband usually sits down and talks about cars n such with me if its slow.
