Default Looking for Nismo Exhaust

I know there has got to be some people from the Mid-A that are running the Nismo S tune exhaust. I have been looking to purchase one but I cannot seem to find a good price on one (been seeing around 1300 shipped online). I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations as to where I could pick one up for a good price? Thanks!

You don't want the Nismo Exhaust, you want a Fujitsubo (its basically a JDM Nismo, Fujitsubo makes all exhausts for Nissan and badges them "Nismo" to sell here in the states) The real JDM version is a MUCH better quality/sounding exhaust. Buy it from intensepower.com and rev your engine next to a guy w/ a US spec Nismo exhaust - night vs day difference. He'll be jealous you got the JDM version over his US Spec... hell.. when I had my Fujitsubo, 3 guys wanted to trade w/ me (all had US spec Nismo exhausts)

Thanks for the input. I just checked youtube to get some sound clips and it sounds slightly more aggressive then the nismo (exactly what I am looking for in addition to some extra ponies!). I am looking for something that still retains that VQ sounds and I think this it is. Did you run the Fujitsubo Y pipe with high flow cats as well?

Yup, I had Crawford high flows, but I honestly wouldn't waste your money on high-flow cats - they offer very little gain and they tend to break apart on the insides after a few thousand miles of use... then you get this really annoying rattling noise. Test pipes are a better alternative but they stink and have a hissing noise on off-throttle. (Certain testpipes have less issues, but the majority have this evil HISS!) Intensepower.com sells the Fujitsubo muffler and mid-pipe as a package, the y-pipe is sold separately but you don't want the Fujitsubo Y-pipe: the design is restrictive and doesn't provide optimal flow. You want the JIC or the UTR y-pipe where there are less bends and more of a straight flow. I'd honestly stick with the stock cats. You're going to need a tune to feel any difference with these mods anyways - so in the time being, they're just noise adders. Don't expect much of a HP gain. These will provide you with more of a grin on the face more than anything.

If the Fujitsubo exhaust proves to be too expensive for you, there's a Helix exhaust with a similar design... I think they actually copy catted the Fujitsubo on their design, check these guys out as well and a sound clip. I think Hot Cu has this exhaust on his car so PM him if you want to hear it in person. PM Reptile if you want to hear a clip of Fujitsubo in person, I sold my Fuji to him when I got a turbo.
