Jeffie7 needs to help.
You need to make it at home and blow them all away (isn't that better than going out and buying food?) and Jeffie7 has either a wife or mother-in-law who has the bitchin' recipes that he continues to not give up.

Her mom cooks amazing cambodian food. The dishes are most similar to Thai food, as someone else said, but they also make a version of Pho [Pronounce it "Kutio" I think] and other viet-like dishes. Anyway it's all pretty good.
Are you being dragged to the Temple this weekend?

My GF is the same.. half Cambo/Half Chinese, but all raised in cambodia. I know a couple good pho spots around here, but it looks like that has been covered.

I make a trip from Richmond to the temple every year just for the beef sticks and flaming papaya salad or as we call it in Cambodian "bok la hong". Mmm good stuff.

I hit up Baltimore Pho if I dont feel like driving all the way to Columbia. It's a lil overpriced but the atmosphere is nice and they give you a bowl of shrimp chips to munch on when you sit down.
