lol I like how you look at FI as one single part or something.

FI, Coilovers, Broccoli, Bananas.

PS: Make sure you know what going FI really means in terms of maintenance for the car and how much it'll hurt your pocket. Even with my supercharger setup, I ended up spending a lot more than what I originally anticipated.

That's why I'm trying to get adopted by a local AZN family to complete the rest of my mods.

Hmm it was a progressive thing really. I think the initial spending (money to buy the kit, upgraded pulley, wastegate, bought some extra belt, bought oil, install, tune) was close to 6k. Then I also bought in a bunch of supporting mods (bigger fuel injectors, bigger fuel pump with upgrade fuel rail, gauges, test pipes, headers, new true dual exhaust, etc, etc). So my final bill for parts + installation for the initial FI effort was probably 8 - 9k easily. Now lets see all the problems that I ran into...... motor got water (still dunno the reason but definitely happened after FI) and that cost me like 6k to rebuild, added a brace to fix the blower vibration issue that was like 600, replace clutch and flywheel cuz the stock clutch could not hold all that power, that was about 1100, ran through belts like paper shredder that probably cost me $500 on belts over time, replaced bypass valve that was like 150.... ok the list for fixing FI related stuff goes on....

Now... do you really want to get yourself into this?

plus i'd go TT over SC unless it was a prochargre like e10's or tech's...

I've been very fortunate with my TT setup. costs have been very minimal.

sorry.

vortech is the cheapest easiest way to get into boost.

you can install it yourself, and its low maintenance.

bang for the buck i would do the same as ethan's car.

hell theres a vortech 350z forsale right now, 04 Touring for 17k. CHEAP Boost!
