Want to get a meet together on NOV. 24th at 7 PM at a resturant but dont know where at. anyone know of any resgurants that would be a great place to meet and have a good time?

OMG.. so I was driving home from Silver Spring to Columbia last night at like 3:30am. I was on I-95N driving on the 3rd lane and all the sudden a freaking car was driving toward us going against traffic on the 4th lane. Fuxking drunks!!!!!
