dude posts car forsale saturday. not running, as-is condition.

i call him sunday and discuss exact specs of car, tell him i'm interested.

i go to back monday, apply for loan.

monday night, guy posts SOLD (someone came monday night and paid cash) on his classified ad

this morning, bank calls me this morning asking who to cut the check to???
