I hit traffic going to/from work maybe once every 6 months if someone runs off the road or something. Other then that normal traffic for this area = going 60mph no traffic = going 75mph

2 full ribeyes stakes cut to 2 1/4" I like 2 1/2" but its not my party.
Not pictured is more chicken, case of shrimp for coconut shrimp, 150 Vietnamese fried Springrolls cha gio For the yellow peoples in the know. 2 full size bins of soon to be fried rice.
Bratwurst and crout and lots of other goodies.
This day = cook cook cook then run out with the Z for the Mills meet.
yay! P.S the top shelf is where all the beer is, that's not pictured. Although I'm not in charge of the beer so its my own supply.

Party is Saturday, I love BBQ 12 racks of ribs should do just nicely. I'm about to do an Ice run then I need to rub down my meat and start making my sauces. I'm doing BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken, and an Asian style Chicken on the grill. Think Gen Tso chicken but bbqed.
