Woot....won 3rd place today in BSP at the Cumberland Autocross. BSP is a race tire class, but I was on my star specs (street tires).....would have won handily if I had the budget for A6's, but oh well. Probably could have taken the win if I didn't scrub off speed in the carousel and a few other little mistakes. I hit just over 7100rpm in second on the back stretch (~65mph).

This course was fast and easy to follow.....some are more difficult. You get the hang of it. There are pointer cones too help out. This course is the playground for XP and modified cars to come out and play other than SCCA.

You won't be classed favorable. You can come out and run with CDC.....they run a pure index set-up. At the SCCA level your exhaust will bump you to the same class as me. You can come out and battle it out with me.....I almost never see any other 350z's at the more local events (non scca).

There is one next Sat in Winchester, VA. If you want you can meet up with me in Frederick about 6:45am to go out there. It's an early morning. I run in Heat 1, but guests run in Heat 3. You can ride with me in the morning if you want. My car is going to be co-driven the next event as well.

congrats brother.
some constructive criticism FWIW, i dont care if you take it or not...
1. you look sexy in a helmet
2. you have too many jingly keys on that ****
3. it didnt look like you shifted at all the entire time, maybe the cam was pointed too high, but i swear you drove a 6MT
4. props on the vid. what camera is that? mounted oe rear bar or do you have a harness bar or cage?
5. it would be badass to shoot 3 vids, one identical to yours, one on the shifter only, and one on your feet, and sync them all together in a single video.

1: Don't disagree.
2. I usually take the car key off, but I got lazy and the format was 6 hot laps....no time to finagle. The keys give you an idea of the g forces though.......keys were standing almost parallel to the ground.
3. I only shifted into 2nd at the first turn.....this was a strange course. I only needed second gear. I do drive a 6mt.
4. It is some canon p&s mounted on a headrest camera mount.
5. I am too cheap for a multi-cam set-up. That multi angle cam stuff would be cool on an hpde though.
