Yeah I know. The poo on the bottom of your shoe is usually better than PF Changs. Last time I ordered orange chicken I wound up throwing it out it was so bad...

I had placed picking up a shotgun on my To Buy List, but after this weekend I'm thinking maybe a handgun might be better especially for practicing purposes. Anyone got any favorites and pros vs cons of one brand name or caliber over another? I'm looking at some sites comparing/contrasting 45mm vs 9mm right now.

Well I've shot 9's before in the military and years ago at civilian range and I recently saw one that felt kind of small in my hand. If you search on this topic most say the nine holds more rounds but doesn't have quite the same stopping power as the 45. [alot of people from what I've read so far recommend the 40 for best of both worlds]. I'm just looking around at this point and wondered what everyone else owned.

the springfield XD is fun to shoot and my favorite right now is my H&K P30 9mm. love this handgun!
