Don't worry Clay, most of the times your ears will bounce right back, sure, you might be adding to the hearing damage everytime you go, but you wont notice it right away. so its all good =)

Car looks pretty clean considering it hasn't been washed in a month and has some serious cone scuff marks all over...I ended up 12th out of 80ish cars. Not bad.

I got mine from the ENT doctor. Ear nose throat.

There's a few places online that will send you the stuff needed to make them. They give you a little string with a ball/piece of something on the end, you insert that into your ear, then pour some type of fluid into your ear that hardens up after about a minute, you then pull the string like a tampon and it pulls the newly formed piece of harden stuff out. You send that back to the manufacture and they send you back a set of plugs.

I don't see any reason it couldn't easily be done at home, but since I go to the ENT every few years I just ask them to make some, the only thing that sucks is your ears always grow so after a few years you'll have to get another pair.

http://www.westone.com/

That's the company that made my last set, I got them made clear, very hard to see unless you're looking for them. They use filters and filter out x many db, so you can get different levels of sound reduction I believe my current ones are 9db reducers, great for bars, you can still easily hear people talk, in fact you'll hear them better then they can hear you.

when I drive the Z or ride the bike I wear 33DB plugs, the orange ones found at any local drug store.

Still waiting on someone to buy my brakes .

And still on the fence with the massive turbo build or just sell the car for a more lady friendly (see panty droppin) car .
