Ripping it up as always AJ...what was flapping underneath the car? Were you able to hit any personal bests?
lol that was the second part of my splash guard. I took the front part off before I got to the track and I guess I didnt put the 2 screws that held that part back in. I had tape in the car so I taped it up. Nope no personal best. I think my car is maxed out at 13.5. I decided not to run my drag radials until I get my TQ convertor in on thursday. So I should have new times either friday or saturday.

What converter are you going to run? Are you still using the stock valve body? Time for more power once you get the driveline sorted.

Its the edge racing 3000 stall convertor. I decided to stick with the stock VB after going back and forth about it. I may change my mind again down the road. I was planning on tuning last month and everytime I was ready to schedule my appointment something would come up. So hopefully at the beginning of august I can finally throw on the MAF and get my reflash.

Granted I don't pay too much attention to auto specific mods.....I have heard some good things about the gtm vb, and the complete opposite about the stillen unit. I would imagine that the new stall might cause a small drop in traps but a better, more consistent ET's. That trap will come back up with the new power (maf and tune) though.

AJ if you want to feel what a good vb mod feels like hit me up and ill give you a ride.....you wont believe the difference.

Yeah I've talked to a few people that have the VB and all I've heard is good things also. The ONLY thing stopping me from doing it is the harsh shifting while on the street. I drive my Z daily and would still like to have some comfort. I know they have different levels of VB's but if I'm going to get one it will be the one that makes the biggest difference (the hardest shifting one) since I dont want to feel like I wasted my money. But like I said I may change my mind about it later. I was thinking with the Tq convertor my traps would stay the same but my ET would be lower since I have the same amount of power just with better 60 foots. With a 1.8 60' Im hoping for a 13.3. I dont want to aim to high so I wont be disappointed when I go to the track. After my tune I'll be seeing 12's hopefully.
