That's right! I always respect people doing their own work and being "different"!!!

Everyone hates on my front bumper. But knowing that I'm the only one with it, I'm keeping it FOREVER!

There are those that understand showcars and those that don't. Same goes for sarcasm. Sweet job on the car, can't wait to see it at the next rice gathering.

thanks guys, this project is taking longer then ever, hence I have not gone to any showes or events. I already have a black whole in my chest for missing out on a lot of fun but inside I know when its all done it will be worth it.

The vortech has been reliable for 45k miles now and still pushing strong. But out of the long list of things to do to this car, the engine is last. I will be eventually doing an srt-10 motor swap. As far out this may sound, I've started that leg work on research since last year and once the car is done it will be truly unique.

I will post pics up when it is done dont worry, you might even pick up picks on your newstands. I still havnt shown u guys the cut out rear trunk support yet (its reinforced and re-braced noobs).

but here is another pic of the sweet mold job:

and here Is the horror mental picture I use to cry myself to sleep at night b/c the car is in a million pieces:

Oh and the paint, its not for everyone and it took me a good six months to nail it down, but its a candyish green with a ton of gold pearl to make it turn gold when the sun hits it, the car will be gold/green and carbon fiber black. top half the car will all be in CF.

The transition from your over fender onto your stock fender looks a little weird, maybe its the angle, when they molded mine they fiberglassed it so you could tell it wasn't just slapped on.

Even though i am not a fan of that kit in particular, I can appreciate the hard work and the research that has gone into this build. I can't wait till all is done, Muzzy. And be sure you do a photo shoot for us..... The SRT swap..... now that will be monster....

Much props........

you are correct, I looked up a lot of pictures of this kit molded and decided that having a line instead of a perfect mold would look better/different.

all the VS widebody kits molded look bland and not vary wide body-ish, I like the fact that eventhow its molded at first glance you will clearly be able to tell it is wide. People will have a different opinion about it I'm sure. I will be the first VS widebody mold with contour lines on the over fenders still noticeable. I think this design of fine lines instead of a concave curve would look better.
