People who live around Norfolk Naval base, we going to meet at the Main Gate Theater across the street from the NEX in Norolk around 0900 and leave at 0930 head to Bailey's in Newport News on Sunday August 23

Or you can just meet with us up at Bailey's and wait for those on the south side to arrive. No need to brave the tunnel and the trip back on a Sunday AM with all that beach traffic - just come hang with the handfull of us that will be there waiting... sipping a cool something or nother... Don't feel bad, there are others that are "worse". I've left early from a cruise before, got home, and there were already pics up that were almost real time from people posting from the actual meet! lol

 

yea i literraly have to put my blackberry in the rear storage to prevent me from using it. I guess why they call it a crack berry....ill be taking pics though; as soon as i can find a replacemnt Nikon battery charger and i need a new circular polarizer....any camera shops around...best buy has 0 Nikon accessories here in Newport News

 

There used to be a Ritz camera in Pembroke Mall. Not sure if they are still there, but they seemed to carry alot on "non-mainstream" professional camera accessories.

Bump -

Will be hoping the weather is kind to us... Looks like 86 degs and a possibility of Shwrs - T-shwers... Between now and then folks should be thinking about a Skyline Dr cruise in Oct.. So check your calendars to see which weekend date in the 2nd half of the month works best for you. I'd like to think this is the beginning of a group of enthusiasts that might want to get together and socialize from time to time and maybe even put together a group to go enmass to ZdayZ next May.
