We might have a house phone by Friday, trying to get Comcast out there to install phone/interwebs/cable.
I get very little cell phone reception at the house. Going to switch to Verizon soon.

This house is tiny as hell and the rent is more than my mortgage in SC! 
I'll upload pics when Comcast comes out and installs everything. I'm too paranoid to upload anything at work.
Place is pretty nice though. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Established neighborhood. Everyone seems nice.

Got to sell the house in Columbia, SC before I can make an offer on the Morganza property.
