I heard somewhere that this works? I think I'm suppose to have a certain attire when it comes to this act... wifebeater shirt correct? Supposedly when you give them a beat down, they'll never leave you and if you leave them, they'll come crawling back for more?... + instant marriage material?

Dude, relationship like this isn't good......as long as you don't spend every dime that you earn on modding, she should compromise and understand your hobby. Beside, you lives in a freaking city where there're plenty of women!!! As long as you gives in, she should gives in, too.

Honestly, high school is high school. Like 5% of high school sweethearts are still together a few years after high school. You are pretty much putting your eggs into 1 basket and along with that you are letting her tell you what to do with YOUR money? F that.....if she tells you what to do with your life now then you are big time screwed. Do you get to tell her how she dresses or choose the cheap shampoo because 40$ a bottle of shampoo is too expensive? probably not.
