Feb 6th, 2010 in the am..like around 11am...I have to call the Red Cross to find out their hours of operation on Saturdays....if at all.

WHERE START?
TBD, but in the DC Metro Politan Area. We are 50/50 with Tysons Corner Mall or SpringField Mall. Looking at the route to the Red Cross Springfield looks better.

Yes, his foundation is currently under investigation for fraud and misappropriation of donations. I would recommend doing this directly to The Red Cross.

plus those of us that are donating a decent amount might want a reciept for taxes at the end of 2010....I get a reciept even if I donate an hour of free IT consulting labor. since my labor rates are 150/hr... I like to donate my time to charitble organizations.

nice to see something like this here since i am Haitian living in the DMV area. I started working at a new job but will def try to get the day off for this event. I will also try to invite other haitians ,that are also living in the DMV, to this event.

i am def thanking EVERYONE in here that donated whether it be money, food or clothes to the red cross regarding this disaster.
