SO I am now picking up his shift for my full time spot instead of overnight. I like the schedule ALLOT better but its unfortunate how I got it.

I'm going to have to sell my house, save up a crap load of money, buy some land then build a house of win for a decent party to happen.
Unless some really nice house pops up on the market. But right now, I can't stand the cookie cutter vinyl nightmare houses currently on the market.
My goal is to buy some land and build on it, probably in Saint Mary's County. Going to put a barn in it with sex swings, disco lights, and a dance floor, and put a dry well in the basement of the house.
The land I wanted with the POS house on it sold already. There are a few plots left (15+ acres) but no house on it. So now I have to save up for the land AND the house.
