Yea having some people with Zs in the Fairfax, herndon srea would be cool. I'm down to go to any hang out though. I might check out the meet at chick fel a tonight by walmart in my turck just to see if the Z should come and make an appearence.

 

There's a TON of us in the area man. Just hang tight and there will be more meets and cruises than you can shake a stick at. For most of us this time of year is downtime for mods and maintenance. I doubt many will be out at Chic Fil-A this time of year.

If you REALLY have the itch to see and hang with other modified Z's, G's, etc swing by Function:Tuned say hi, check it out, and see who's in there (except for the middle of the day today as I don't think anyone will be there due to having to take a GT-R to an AWD dyno for some tuning) . Most of us hang out quite a bit regardless of whether our cars are with us. That may give you a better idea of whats around and it's right in the area you're looking to find stuff to do.

 

Yea I have been to Function Tune. they worked on my car about a month ago. I'm going to take m car to D&V auto body if not this weekend then next weekend to get a quote on painting my rear bumper, spoiler, and putting my aero latch hood pins on. after that I'm going to work on the interior. the shops here are so expensive though.

 

I hear ya. This modding biz isn't cheap by any means. My car should have arrived at D&V today (Im headed there now). Unfortunately someone backed into it.

Let me know what your quote is for your work b/c I know a couple other options (same quality) for you that aren't as well known but in the same neighborhood that are a little easier on the wallet when insurance isn't paying the bill.

 

^ I have yet to see a shop deliver the same quality as D&V.

got good hookups for shops that can do molding and good aftermarket body work/paint???

I agree with that guy about waiting till it warms up... but I'm bored to tears @ the moment waiting for the warm weather.

 

i may venture all the way up there just because I will be bored... but if the roads arn't clean my Z will not be what I come in
