I wasnt going for MAX power when i did the stillen blower a year ago i was going for something that would last me as a DD which it has. when i did the blower i used my car for my work (im a beverage salesman. i sell drinks to liquor stores mom and pop cornor stores and carry outs all over DE and the eastern shore of md) so i drive over 150miles a day roughly and couldnt have something that would break down on me and needed something that was reliable and it has been. i love my car and the stillen kit and have no complaints the cars fun to drive and sounds bad ***

If you don't mind me asking, what are your numbers and what kind of dyno? Nothing wrong with stillen, puts you at a higher level then a stock/bolt on Z without sacrificing a lot of reliability.

 

I havnt had the chance to get it dynod yet. I wish i could make it to Hills for the open house dyno day this saturday but i have to work but i just looked up what stillen says the kit should do and they say the stage 3 supercharger adds 116hp to the flywheel and 94hp to the wheels. i have the 2005 Z with the 287hp engine. they usually dyno to around 240hp at the wheels as a basline so im gunna say roughly 403hp at the flywheel and 334hp at the wheels. But mines prolly a little more because stillen had the stock intake and single exhaust on their car they tested it on and i have a K&N ram intake with the stillen true dual catback with Hi Flow cats so my car is prolly a little faster than theirs. in a few weeks im gunna get it dynod tho and have the offical numbers

 

I'd be shocked if you were over 320whp.......hate to say it, but the stillen just doesn't make any power.

 

im looking at their dyno charts in their mag right now and it def says more than 320whp on a dynojet but who knows what it will do. i will find out in a few weeks when i get a chance to get it dynod

 

I wouldn't put any stock on a non-independent dyno.....I can skew a dyno to say my car puts out 400whp.......but it sure as hell doesn't. There have been several posted on here and most are in the 300-320 range.

I wasnt bad talking you as i loved the stillen stage4 setup i had.................untill i put on the twins.I would like to meet up and see what the setup looks like again..........................i still miss the sound big time as i scared quite a few people next to me when it it started to scream.
