Well looks dont mean much. If someone wants to take something they will do it.
Just be thankfully they used some blocks, I'd hate to see the car laying on the ground.
I'll keep a look out since I'm in the Annapolis area daily but I highly doubt whoever stole them is going to roll around on them in the area.

Wheel locks are worthless. They will only slow thieves down.
For some reason I always thought you were rollin' on Volks Ian, but I guess it's good you weren't! I'm on CL alot, I'll keep an eye out for them. Toss some contact info up here, or PM me and if I see something I'll email you.

or.... put in a claim and pay the 1000 deductible.
if you had a track or touring, the rims are ~900 each from a dealership, so you should get a fat check for around $3000 to shop for new wheels.
however, your insurance might go up to to the theft on record on your policy.

I have no idea. And im sure it differs between insurance companies, so mine may be different that yours!
One guy had Volks stolen, and they were (insured) and Ins. Co. had to buy him out, and they almost totalled the car due to the high cost of the wheels.
My Ins agent is cool as ****, so I can call her with all kinds of wacky questions about when I am covered and when I am not coveres, with all kinds of scenarios!

This is why I carry a $100.00 deductible on comp.
Most comp issues will be someone.
Backing into you while parked.
Tree branch falling on your car while parked.
Someone keying your car while parked
Someone taking your wheels while parked.
Someone sticking a knife into a tire or two... while parked.
To go from 1000 down to 500 down to 250 down to 100 is really not a big deal breaker on cost. I think for me going from 1000 down to 100 a month cost me something like 5-8 bucks more?
It's pointless to have any comp coverage with a high deductible if "most" of the time when something happens it will be in the 500-1000 range.
