Though you could turn the arrows into street arrows like "curvy road coming up, 10mph" signs and such.

I'd say out of the current ones, #2. May appear over-the-top in extra graphics, but I like the overall look of that one. 3rd seems too plain and 1st seems to lack something.

white design?? it has to be more then one color. the one on the front will be white and red same as the logo. so I figured match the back

I vote for white shirt and black and red colors for the graphic. Since the majority of meets and events will be during the spring summer....black will just be too hot.
