Default Has anyone ordered from 350z Motorsports.com

So has anyone ordered from 350z Motorsports? I placed an order from them last week and haven't received a reply to my emails and they don't answer the phone. The items I ordered said they were in stock, but the status just says processing. I'm tempted to call my credit card company and try to get the charge cancelled. I'm going to wait until the end of today and that's it.

usually takes 1-2 weeks. Depending on its JDM status, up to a few months

That's a crazy long time for something that says it is in stock. Anyway I contacted my cc company and am disputing the charge to have it removed.

I've had to wait 28 days for something that was in stock before. Some companies are a bunch of slackers that don't really ship your item until 2 weeks later.

Hottoddyo call Dan at assaultech.com. He has awesome prices and will get you hooked up.

His prices where about 700-500 less than anyone I talked to about a vortech v3.

use vendors on here... You will get better prices and you know you are talking to alive person who knows about your order.

Everything on my car was gotten off this site or through hills garage and I have not had a single problem.

They were having some trouble with their credit card account (the thing that takes your credit card number and puts cash in their account). I don't know if it's resolved yet. I'll try to get hold of the head honcho there for you. No excuses, but they are a small shop with a lot of work.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I'm just frustrated because they aren't answering their email or their phone. I've asked my cc company to try and get the charge back. Most companys that I've delt with won't charge your cc until the item is shipped. At the very least if it's in stock.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I got the same treatment from one of the vendors on here. I should have checked them out on BBB.org...their BBB rating was an F. Luckily, I managed to eventually get the part I wanted but it was very stressful and tried my patience many times. This is a valuable link...use it:

Figures. I think my cc card company is gonna hook me up with getting my money back. What a shame, their website is pretty nice too.
