Are there any reputable/worth-it tattoo shops in the NoVA area?
I'm looking to get some new ear plugs and studs and perhaps get my first ink done.
Any suggestions?

Ricks Tattoo down in Arlington. If you want hard hard ink or some asian inspired stuff then Duong at Ricks is great. He can make some sick custom stuff and his lettering and scripts are really clean. He does go deep with his ink though.
