Norm at Art With a Pulse and they're closer to you Jeffie and Bert. One of the best I've seen in a long time. Also custom designs his own guns as well.
You will most likely have to wait to get seat time with Norm himself FYI...but it's worth it....

Clay's.... well, he really is white, he ended up with a full body sleeve. His message of color doesn't matter is really awesome and I hope more people can be like him to prove that the only thing that holds down a person is their own self.

Its a bit of a drive but Crucial Tattoo in Salisbury MD. Pretty much all the artist there are legit but Phil is the truth. He has done 90% of my tattoos, i actually go this thursday to finish my sleeve. His work won first place in the Baltimore tattoo convention last month for best female tattoo.

We had to make a trip to glen burnie to pick up our black splash tiles since the local store didn't have enough. Figured what the hell, lets stop by his shop.
Small front of the house but the two guys there were very friendly and seemed very willing to work with me. I don't celebrate it but I think its pretty cool. I'm sure you know the origins of it, if I was Mexican Id get a nice DOTD tat in an instant. I like darker themed stuff, I don't find it depressing, if anything for me, it would be a reminder to live it up today, because tomorrow is no guarantee.
