Went to pick up the Z today. come to find out the body shop did what the insurance told them to do which was fix the rear bumper....to bad my right qtr panel has a bubble in it therefore making my rear light and rear bumper not lined up right. Have to wait a little while longer till i get it back.

 

I had a shop redo a car 3 times before I gave up and said just give me the damn car.

USAA recommended shop...

 

I had a pizza at Ledo's remade four times before I finally just said "F*ck this ****!" Flipped our table over and stormed out...

The only LEDO's Ive ever eaten at is Ocean City.

I cant imagine not being down the ocean when eating that fawking garbage.

 

He flipped over a Hooters girl last friday when his sammich came out wrong. It was crazy

You can see where my rear bumper and tail lights don't line up and im like umm..problem? He's like yeah we saw that but only did what insurance told us to do which was the rear. And im like didn't the insurance company tell you to estimate ALL the damage? As long as they get it done and everything matches I will be happy.

 

Not trying to butt in, but you may want to get a new ins. carrier. When I got hit last year, the dude from GEICO went above and beyond to replace my front end. And then during the course of repairing it, BASE noticed he'd cracked my headlight housing [additional 900.00] and he made sure everything was fixed better than before and I didn't even come out of pocket for my deductible.

 

Good body shop is hard to come by. Good insurance agent is even harder to come by!

 

The body shop is very good never had a problem with them before. I told my ins. Company who I wanted to use. Just weird to run into this problem.

 

Oh and its not my ins. Company. Im going thru the other guys company since it was his fault. I have liberty mutual his is state farm

 

But still, if your **** was as close to new before the accident common sense would dictate they get back as close to that as possible after the repair.

 

True just saying my ins. Co. Isn't involved in it and it sucks that the body shop has left an impression I wont forget

 

Well, I think the moral of today's thread is that Kyle's insurance company and Ledo's pizza sucks.

The more you know....

 

They do that because most people don't notice.

If you say it's not correct they will fix it. As long as you don't sign off for it.

Doesn't matter how good or bad it is. Just like dumplings, you'll never get around to eating any so its like it doesnt even exist.

 

Got a call from ins. Company saying the damage to the qtr panel can't be proven it was from the accident so they are not covering for that.....yep.
