i had good intentions of doing it. I really do need to get back to running/working out. I just need to find time and someone to workout with.

As with many things in life, its all about what YOU make time for.

No one has time to.

Brush their teeth
Spend way to much time on the john
Making the woman make sandwiches
raising kids/making them sew clothes
video games/tv

Yet we all seem to find time for the things we feel we need to do.
Add working out to your list and you will somehow find time.
Why do you need a partner? Just go do it.

If you do move to the Annapolis Area you can always get with Clay, Dave at the local Golds, or see if Shin will be a roommate with you and he can help motivate you.

BTW different topic... Watch out for the west street walker.

Lol I hate running, o actually don't run at all...

did zero training for this, went out drinking the night before / only got 6 hours of sleep and still made it...

In fact I am happy to report that all of team 350z not only completed the run, but we all survived as humans

You should have come man lol

It was amazing.

Slim b!tched out because he had a case of the fawking sniffles and he was scared of 4ft of water. You would of thought he had pnemonia the way he was talking about "his health"

He could have gone and walked it all but he chose to not even TRY, and didnt even go spectate to chill with his friends. He was likely told he couldnt go, either way he fails BIG time in my book.

I have never been so sore in my feet and knees in my life after this event. I want to watch the Go Pro video but I dont want to walk down to the garage and get the camera Im so sore lol.

Yea it was a lot of fun, it was realistic in the sense that when you saw the zombies coming after you, your adrenaline kicked in, despite being tired from the obstacles...

The only down side was the parking and shuttle situation, it wasn't very well planned

Overall a great time though

We all got close, I only had one flag left out of 3, ad did most of our group, there were a ton of people that became zombies, more so than survived from what I saw

You get 3 flags, as long as you keep 1 you stay human.

I lost 2 of the 3 right off the start with soem crazy fast/agressive zombies. It highly upset me. I ran the entire course with that one life left man. Felt awesome to hit my goal.

GoPro video is downloading now

I doubt it has our times as we were forced to run in a later heat, and I believe that automatically DQ'd us from time, but I am not 100 percent on that, I will have to check later

52.29 overall, 18.21/mile on this course.

I spent a lot of time power walking with my GF. The last half mile after the last obstacle I took off and finished about 3 mines ahead.

Next year better shape and I'm pushing it on my own.

I did 4910 place out of 7000+ not bad no BS I have never run 3 miles in my life lol

Wait, did dave pull a dave?

bahahha

Sounds awesome. I regret not going Although I did get tons of chit done yesterday so I don't feel all that bad. =)

Does sound like it was a bit on the easy side. I would have expected it to kick everyone's **** that isn't into running every other day.

First step is by eating dim sum with us between now and next year. Lets do baby steps before doing a full blown day of something.
