Wow. Interested to hear the other side of the story.....

Either way selling something you let him borrow to pay for the curb rash isnt cool.

I do want to go on record as staying neutral.

I would be too, I really hope he gets on. Every time I try to talk to him, I get one response and that's it. No follow-up, just "I told you, I sold them to pay for the cost of fixing my rota."

Hmmm limiting down Mid-A members that run around with Rotas...

I push for DSM snow removal. I either run a skidsteer or run a plow truck. all their equipment

I dont know yet where I will be this year. He has contracts in three different counties from up north on 83 all the way down through AA county.

I will more then likely end up doing public school lots here in AA since he has 22 of them.

Soooo...

1. pfregeolle lent NNOCENT stock rims
2. NNOCENT sold the pfregeolle's stock rims without pfregeolle's consent
3. pfregeolle pinged NNOCENT about the stock rims
4. NNOCENT said the money is spent on fixing HIS Rota

????

Almost.

I borrowed his Rota's for what was only supposed to be a weekend over the summer, and left him my stockers as collateral. I ended up using them for a few weeks, and we were to the understanding that he was ok with that. I returned the Rota's to him, actually delivered them back to him using my Jeep. Got to his house and saw that my stock wheels were on his G35 that was sitting in the driveway (out of commission at the time). He tells me that he'd like to just keep them on for a few days and he'll bring them back over to my house with his truck. And I was ok with that since he just let me borrow 4 wheels for awhile. After I rolled all the wheels up to his driveway, he notices that one has some rash on it. I say it was there when I initially put the wheels on and we both knew about it. He claims I did it. Regardless, I agree to pay 75% of the cost to have the wheel fixed which he said was going to be $100 by Frank Hill's guy, just to be done with the situation and to prove I am a good sport about it, whatever. Well every time I text him or try to call, no response. I say I'm at a meet, come chill for a bit and I'll pay you. No response.

So now several months later, I see pictures on FB of his G being worked on at Hill's Garage and my freaking wheels are on it! So I post a comment saying hey can I get my wheels back now? And he says do you have my money? I say yes, I've been trying to pay you. Guess what...no response. See more pix of his G with my wheels again...Hey I want my stock wheels!!! He says sorry they have been sold to cover the price of fixing my rota.

I'm like WHAATTT??? He just sold my wheels?? Someone's property that doesn't belong to him. Yet he brags all day long about his gigantic wheels and all the 240 chassis' that sit in his driveway. I don't get it. I really don't understand, and can't believe someone would do something like that.

Paul, take it to court. Courthouse is a walking distance from Rockville towncenter. It's the building w/ the big stone columns, enter the Civil cases room on the 2nd floor (room right in front of the metal detectors) to submit a small claims civil case (for any cases under $5,000).

Be sure to print out the documents online prior to arriving + compile an evidence file. They'll submit your case within 2 weeks and the filing fee is $47 with certified mail.. or you can have the Sheriff come knocking on his door for an extra $20. This could greatly benefit you as stock rims retail for $500-750 a pop + the OEM tire? That's almost 1k per wheel that you lost! They'll deduct the charges right out of his paycheck and you could be up 4k for future mods! I love the civil system in this country, no one gets away.

There's only 1 thing you need: a physical address. If you don't have that, there's easy ways to get that as well.
