Not only scammers, but also apathetic sellers. If you want to sell something, then be prepared to ship it!!

User hasn't been active for almost 3 weeks now. Lets allow the PP dispute play out prior to jumping down his/her throat.

If not put it in the ad/notify buyer it will be a week or two and give exact reason/day you can ship prior to accepting payment.
