Last time I caught a major stomach bug, it put me down for about 5 days. 3 of them were never ending *** pee.

Drink lots and lots of water. I'd force myself to drink only to pee it out my *** a few minute later.

I couldn't watch tv or play video games, did nothing, just laid down near the toilet, worst part was the aches and pains from laying too long. I couldn't even lay in bed, it was too soft and caused too much pain. Floor for the win!

I fully understand now why older people can easily die from it.

hopefully you've got some 24 hour thing. *** Pee is easy coming out but after wiping 453 times.... yeah. No fun.

I showed, but bailed since no one was there. I had to get up at 6AM to make it to that Auto-X class by 8 in Bowie today. BTW, Mike's an awesome instructor. I went from not even staying on course to running some pretty good times by the afternoon sessions.

Meh, depends. all the newer guys keep trying to do meets and they fall through. Or people do last min meets 2-3 days out.

Hard to get good #s that way.
