If they had let me run again I am sure I could have pulled a 13.8
How did they find out it wasn't your car? Was it empty like it usually is when we go.

It probably does not help that I was wearing clothes that look like I was ready to hit the bars ( mainly because I came to the track straight from being out the night before lol) ... nothing like racing in topsiders ha
Oh yeah shin is also a hard individual to miss !
Shin, you have all those timeslips and dont know what went good or bad in each one to describe what happened.
You need to take quick notes on the back of the slips or in a log immediately after each run. "manually shifted, didnt heat tires/heated tires, left in drive/heated tires, launched off the converter", etc, etc. I used to do tire pressure, shift points per run, launch style, everything. The more detailed you do this the quicker you will see what works and what doesnt. Most people dont do this though.
This is optimal for somebody starting, otherwise you will run 25X, have 5 decent slips and the rest are bad. At the end of the day you wont know what caused you to do what.
And def heat the tires a little more.

Finally got a set of decent drag rims (16" RX7 FD). Just need some tires now!
